The moment I stepped into Lyndsey's studio, I knew how special this place was. It has an instant calming effect which enables you to easily shut out the rest of the world whilst you’re in there.

I love the vibe of the studio, it’s so tranquil due to the aromatherapy oils, subtle lighting and calming music. I rush into the class straight normally from two testing daughters at home and stressful day at work and the moment I walk in, instant calmness.
The way I described the feeling after my first yin yoga session was ‘a massage without anyone touching me’!
I have done a family yoga course with Lindsey which was incredible in helping spend quality time my anxious daughter and now I go to yin yoga and yoga flow.

Lyndsey’s yoga studio is the most welcoming and relaxing place to be, and that’s down to Lyndsey and the lovely community of yogis she’s developing. She’s so friendly and calm you can’t help but feel better! I arrive feeling knotty and tight after a week working at a desk and leave after an hour of stretching and relaxation feeling ready for anything the working week can throw at me.
I recently discovered Lyndsey whilst on the look-out for somewhere to try out meditation. Our first meeting was at a gong bath that she had organised. For me, it was a life-changing moment. Since that event, I have attended Lyndsey's Yin Yoga classes and her Relax and Rejuvenate Retreats. Both excellent. I would recommend both to all. I went looking for meditation and got so much more and that's thanks to Lyndsey. Her calming manner, realistic approach to the daily grind and abundance of fantastic tips and insight make her sessions totally unique, enjoyable and life-changing. I can't wait for my children to be old enough to join her family yoga classes! You are an inspiration Lyndsey and I'll be a regular visitor to your new premises. Highly recommend!

I’d always promised myself I would take up yoga when my daughter went to nursery. I kept that promise and joined Balance Yoga Studio. I love it, Lyndsey is a great teacher and I’m looking forward to learning more. I feel stronger, calmer and I have less aches and pains, I just wish I could do it every day. I've never done yoga before and have fibromyalgia which affects my joints quite badly. I really feel my yin class is helping not just physically but it's also felt like a lifeline for me as I had to give up my own business after 10 years so have been very low. Yin has really helped me feel more positive and the lovely chilled out atmosphere really sets me up for the day. I would highly recommend whatever your physical condition!!!
