If you have difficulties falling asleep or you tend to wake up in the early hours of the morning, this relaxing guided meditation will help you find a calm, peaceful feeling and there is no need to fall asleep.
Knowing that deep relaxation is healing for the body can take the pressure away from trying so hard to go to sleep.
By relaxing the body and breath you will naturally calm the nervous system.
You will make yourself comfortable in bed, close the eyes, take some calming breaths while I guide you slowly through a body of sensations scan. Once fully relaxed you will go on a journey to your safe space with a guided visualisation.
Tonight, you can use this practice as a guide to soften your body into a deep state of relaxation, balance the nervous system enjoy feeling light, free, peaceful, calm and most of all rested.
