This weeks meditation has been created to help you step away from the busy world and bring a sense of harmony to the body and mind.
My meditations include elements of mindfulness, stress and anxiety reduction.
Rather than trying to control the outside world, we can find more freedom inside.
Feelings of balance and satisfaction are a byproduct of bringing together the body, mind and breath. When we are connected to ourselves in this way we can make clear, calm choices that feel nourishing.
