Difficult emotions can be exhausting. It’s probably the number one reason why I started a meditation practice, I wanted my mojo back.
Today I would like to share with you a meditation practice that can help you touch your emotions with kindness and compassion but also rest tenderly in the calm centre within you.
You don’t have to be struggling with emotions to do this practice. If you practice this when you’re in a good space it will be ready and waiting in your well-being toolbox when life becomes out of balance. T
