Welcome to this loving-kindness inspired meditation.
It’s just under 15 minutes and it’s been created to help you connect to your heart through a body scan.
During the meditation, you will find space in your heart to be kind to yourself, loved ones, difficult people and you will close by sending kindness out to all living beings.
Loving-kindness meditations are a great practice when paired with mindfulness.
Think of it as the 2 wings of a bird.
The first is being present in the body and the second is learning how to soften the heart.
When practised regularly you will notice you become not only kinder to yourself but more understanding and compassionate towards others.
