1:1 Private Yoga or Mindfulness Sessions
You deserve to spend meaningful time with yourself each week. Our sessions are more than just a workout or a stretch. Yoga is for your mind and heart as much as it is for your physical body and mindfulness will give you the tools you need to manage everyday stress.
Our sessions are tailored to suit your needs, they can be held face 2 face at my home yoga studio in Loughborough or online via Zoom.
There are also a range of payment options for you to choose from.

I hold the sessions in my home studio in Loughborough or via zoom. I am happy to travel to surrounding areas, travel fees will be extra.
I am already an on-line member and really love the flexibility of being able to do classes when I can fit them in, however……..if you have ever thought about doing 1-2-1’s you really should give them a go and if you haven’t thought about it, then you should.I cannot recommend these sessions enough. I booked a class of 6 as a little treat and I have been blown away with how much I take from just 1 hour of 1-2-1 teaching.I was asked what I wanted to think about, touch on, improve and consider (a new phenomenon for a mother of 4 to be asked what I wanted)I said: peace, patience, a sense of calm, weight loss, flexibility, energy and most important self love and self healing……not much then!Clearly all of these were not sought and achieved in one hour but several people have asked me what has changed with me; what is different?I think it is these bespoke sessions; we seem to achieve in one hour what can take me months to even start to think about. I had no expectations at all but I certainly didn’t think I’d find my Kung Fu panda (inner zen; inner brave; inner peace)
Working with Lynz on mindfulness and meditation at a very difficult time in my life really helped me to get back to me, to be grounded and centred in the present moment and to keep my very busy mind under control.
The practices I have learned continue to help me, not only if I’m in danger of becoming stressed or anxious, but also as a regular self-care practice. Lynz’s enthusiasm, warmth and compassion make working and learning with her a joy 💖
