My name is Lynz. I’m The Balanced Yogi (said with a hint of irony) and I’m here to provide a space for you to feel balanced in body and mind.
I share yoga, meditation and relaxation through our online membership community, meditations and mindful poetry.
After years as a shouty chef and party gal, my body and mind checked out for awhile. I personally found more holistic practices helped me check back in and with 13 years of study I now get to share it all with you.
When I’m not at work, I’m a proud wife of a very talented tattoo artist, Mum of teenage boys, and our three dogs Missy, Bella and Same make our house a home.
